The underlying goal for Nati's House is that every person who enrolls in our transitional housing program departs with independence. Nati's House goes beyond meeting the basic needs by providing structure, accountability, and opportunity to learn and heal in a stable and long-term environment.

Nati's House and our lead staff are centered on providing new opportunities, and a second chance. Residents of Nati's House, work closely with case management staff, following a case plan compliant with housing and agency standards. Nati's House provides a fellowship rooted in shifting the narrative, in changing the story. Our aim and initiative are to assist participants with obtaining all the necessary skills to excel so that they may continue to redirect the oftentimes doleful trajectory they were on.
